St May's School Grounds, Melrose
Pipers, Drummers, Drum Majors and Highland Dancers from all over Scotland and Northern England descended on the tourism award winning town of Melrose on Saturday 22nd August for what is one of the mose exciting famility days out on the Scottish events calendar
The Melrose Pipe Band and Highland Dance Contest is geared to provide complete family entertainment and each year it gets better. As well as the sounds of hundreds of pipers; the people of Melrose and visitors from Scotland and Europe enjoyed the mini fairground, Scottish country dancers, trade stands, craft tent, bar and more.
