Crowning of The Festival QueenA sharp shower did not manage to dampen the spirits of the principals in the main ceremonies of The 2009 Melrose Festival. Queen Rachel was crowned and Melrosian Clark was installed. Following the procession round the town there was a social evening in the Festival marquee.
