Town centre hotel situated in the heart of Melrose, offering a warm welcome.

All ten twin/double bedrooms are en-suite and non-smoking, facilities include; direct dial telephone, remote control televisions, hairdryers, tea/coffee-making facilities, trouser press.

The restaurant and the eating area in the newly refurbished lounge are also non-smoking. Menus are changed daily and are very varied using local produce whenever possible. We serve locally brewed bitter in both bars.

We serve morning coffees from 10.00am every day, lunches from 12.00 noon to 2.00pm Monday to Saturday inclusive and 12.30pm to 2.30pm Sundays. Dinner is served from 6.00pm to 9.00pm all week. High Teas will be served on Saturdays and Sundays from 4.30pm to 6.00pm commencing 21st April.

Our function suite is available for weddings, birthday parties, meetings, dinner dances etc, we can comfortably seat 60-70 persons for dinner, and up to 85 for meetings (theatre style).

Funeral teas are respectively catered for.

We cater for children by provision of cots, high chairs and a childrens menu.

Walkers, cyclists, fishers are most welcome, we can provide drying and storage facilities for boots, bikes, rods.
